Blueprints Trio
Barry’s Blueprints Trio continues to mine the terrain established by his 2018 quartet release Blueprints & Vignettes (long-listed for the 14th Australian Music Prize). Echoes of Monk, Bley and Bartok materialise and evaporate as the trio navigate Barry’s water-colouristic & labyrinthine compositions with a trademark improvisatory rapport.
